Governance Friends of Birds Hill Park Inc. is a not-for-profit registered charity with a board of directors that is elected by its members. The relationship between Friends of Birds Hill Park and the Government of Manitoba is guided by a Cooperating Agreement. A five-year Strategic Plan was adopted at the May, 2008 Annual General Meeting. A copy is available here in PDF format.
